Ingredients

1 Whole Octopus
1 bunch Asparagus
4-5 Potatoes
Bell Peppers (to taste)
Spring Onions (to taste)
50 ml Whole Milk
Butter
Olive Oil
Paprika Powder
Salt

Recipe

Octopus:

Boil the whole octopus in salty water for 30-35 minutes.
Drain the octopus and then let it cool for an hour.
Cut the whole octopus into pieces.
Drizzle the octopus pieces with olive oil, sprinkle some salt and paprika powder.
Grill the octopus on a hot grill pan for about 4 or 5 minute per side.

Mashed Potatoes:

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
Boil the potatoes until they can be easily pierced with a fork.
Dice onions and peppers.
Heat a pan with the olive oil. Add pepper and spring onions and sauté for about 3 to 4 minutes, until the vegetables start to soften.
Mash potatoes and stir in butter and milk. Add the cooked vegetables and stir well.

Asparagus:

Trim the ends of asparagus.
In a pan, melt the butter and oil over medium-high heat until foaming. Add asparagus and cook, turning frequently, for 5 to 6 minutes.

Serve the grilled octopus, potatoes and asparagus on a plate and enjoy!

Our delivery fee for this region is £150.00. 6) How do you ensure the freshness of the products during transport?

Yes, if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your delivery then we can execute your requests. Some of these special instructions might be, creating a personalized tropical fruits basket for wedding/birthday parties, butchering your whole lamb into preferred cuts or descaling and cleaning your fish and seafood orders. Our specialized food engineers, butcher and fish monger experts will do their best to meet your requirements. 9) Do you have surcharge/oversize fees?

Yes, if your order weight/volume exceeds 15kg/15lt , we apply £1 surcharge fee for extra liters/kg.
