1. Orange Smoothie with Carrots and Ginger Root
Get a vitamin boost with this orange, carrot and ginger root smoothie! Blend carrots, peeled ginger slices and chopped oranges in a blender until smooth. Add ice if you prefer cooler. You can also add honey for a sweet taste!
2. Refreshing Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie
This watermelon smoothie is refreshing, cool and healthy! It contains no additional sugar and tastes amazing!
Cut 2 cups of watermelon into cubes and remove the seeds. Wash strawberries and freeze for 2-3 hours. Prepare two fresh mint leaves. Insert all ingredients to a blender. Pulse and mix until smooth.
3. Fresh Grapefruit & Chia Smoothie
Wash and peel one grapefruit and remove the seeds. Cut in chunks. Add 1 medium banana, grapefruit chunks and one tablespoon of chia seeds into a blender. Add ice and/or cool water to your taste and blend until smooth.
