What is Wagyu Steak?

How to Cook Wagyu Steak?
To cook Wagyu Sirloin Steak at home, widely-used method is to use a cast iron skillet. First, preheat your skillet well. When the cast iron is heated, grease the skillet with butter and olive oil. Set your cooking timer to 3-4 minutes for a medium-rare and grill for 3-4 minutes each side. If you happen to have meat thermometer, check the internal temperature for the best cooking time of your preference. Always store the Wagyu steak in the coldest part of the fridge, tightly wrapped in cling film to prevent it oxidising. Don't bring the meat to room temperature. Put it straight into the pan from the fridge, as this will ensure that the fat renders gently.

Yes, we ship to out of the UK through our carrier partner DHL. We offer guaranteed next day shipping before 10:00am to EU and Scandinavian countries including Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Our delivery fee for this region is £14.99. Please note that due to changing customs rules after Brexit, some countries might ask additional customs tax, please contact with us if you are unsure about customs policy.
6) Can I change my delivery date or products in my order later?
Yes, we are very flexible with order changes including delivery date or items purchased, you just need to drop us a note through firstname.lastname@example.org regarding to changes you like and we'll be on it.
