Two types of fruits were missing and they replaced the guava (I got the white guava instead of the red as it shows on the photo). I wasn’t warn about the missing items or replacements until it arrived at my home.
Apart from it, the fruits I received were great and tasty.

Although I can not fault the customer care, I m very unhappy that my gift was ruined by bad packing and Hermes delivery service. Having finally met my friend she thanked me for a smelly, wet package that contained fruit that had been spoilt because of 4 days stuck with Hermes. The excuse that it was Hermes fault is not acceptable as my contractual relationship was with your company.
